30 mL Chemineaud Spiced Brandy
15 mL Cointreau
120 mL white wine
30 mL gingerale
1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 dash Angostura

Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher. Garnish with thyme and seasonal fruits.
