30 mL sake Nigori
15 mL simple syrup
15 mL freshy squeezed lemon juice
6 raspberries
10 blueberries
Place the blueberries in a highball glass and then fill with ice. Add the sake Nigori. In a shaker, add all other ingredients and shake thoroughly. Strain using a colander into the highball glass. Garnish with 2 raspberries.
